1. Studio Services

Welcome to Tessera & Tile. These terms outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and studio services. By commissioning artwork, booking a workshop, or requesting restoration services, you agree to these terms. We use simple and clear language to ensure you understand our process completely.

2. Custom Mosaics and Commissions

All custom mosaic panels require a detailed consultation and a confirmed design brief. Work begins only once the initial deposit is securely received. Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, slight natural variations in tile color, cut, and texture are completely normal. These variations add to the unique character and artistic value of the final artwork.

3. Restoration Works

Restoration projects are always assessed on a strict case-by-case basis. We treat both historic and modern mosaics with the utmost care, ensuring all replacement materials closely match the original artwork. Final project timelines may adjust slightly depending on the condition of the underlying structure discovered during the repair process.

4. Workshop Registrations

Our mosaic workshops are designed to welcome all skill levels. Studio spaces are deliberately limited to ensure personalized instruction for every student. If you need to cancel your workshop booking, please notify us at least seven days in advance to receive a full refund or to easily reschedule your session.
